The Outcalt Foundation embraces and supports the strength of the San Luis Valley and all other communities in Colorado. Through various statewide initiatives the Foundation is the model for demonstrating hope in practice by directly supporting individuals and organizations that are capable and committed to the advancement of community. The San Luis Valley Student Achievement Scholarships align with our mission in supporting extraordinary students to experience and achieve their full potential. These individuals will be the pillars of communities worldwide and we applaud those proud of being a citizen of the San Luis Valley.
Our Foundation awards one-year scholarships to qualifying secondary school seniors and post secondary school students graduating from a San Luis Valley institution of secondary education. The funds support continued excellence and education through the attendance of an accredited college, university, and Career & Technical Education Programs.
Scholarship applications for the 2024-2025 academic year will be posted in mid December 2023.
